About Dr. Williams
Dr. Rebecca Williams is an organizational leader, scholar, and researcher with deep expertise in accessibility, Universal Design, and the intersection of accessibility with organizational excellence, sustainability, and exceptional experience design.
She founded Global Accessibility Council to bring rigorous, research-informed advisory services to organizations committed to genuine accessibility leadership — organizations that understand that accessibility is not a compliance exercise, but a discipline that demands the same intellectual rigor, strategic investment, and commitment to excellence as any other dimension of organizational performance.
Dr. Williams brings a distinctive combination of academic depth and practical expertise to her work. Her research spans accessible tourism, hospitality accessibility, Universal Design, organizational excellence frameworks, and the design of exceptional experiences for people with disabilities.
